He works exclusively with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to advise on best practice talent attraction & talent acquisition activities, and delivers a range of In-house Recruitment Transformation consultancy & training services.

He has advised a range of companies on how build more strategic, specialist in-house recruitment & resourcing functions – and has delivered “Recruitment Transformation” projects for major brands, including: Ford Retail, AMEC Power & Process, Harvey Nichols, Rexam, Rathbones Wealth Management, Grant Thornton (Professional Services), Sellafield Ltd, Weightmans and parts of the NHS (Healthcare).

Stuart has contributed as a blogger & presenter at recruitment and resourcing events including Talent Leaders Connect, The In-House Recruitment Expo, The FIRM Conference (Forum for In-house Recruitment Managers) & several regional CIPD events, and is committed to furthering the development of the in-house Talent Acquisition profession.
